1. The “Brush It Off” Sweep

Use when: You feel heavy, drained, or emotionally foggy.

How to do it:

Stand or sit with feet flat on the ground. Rub your hands together to activate your energy. Starting at your head, gently “sweep” your hands down your body—like brushing dust off your energy field. Shake out your hands between each pass. End by placing your hands on your heart and taking 3 slow breaths.

2. The Grounding Cord Release

Use when: You’re anxious or feel like your energy is all over the place.

How to do it:

Close your eyes and imagine a glowing cord connecting your tailbone or feet deep into the Earth. Breathe in and imagine gathering all the energy that doesn’t belong to you. On each exhale, send that energy down the cord and into the Earth. After a few minutes, imagine the cord dissolving and your body filling with light.

3. Solar Plexus Confidence Boost

Use when: You’re doubting yourself or feel small.

How to do it:

Sit or lie down. Place your hands over your solar plexus (just above the navel). Imagine a golden light glowing brighter with each breath. Repeat silently: “I trust myself. I am strong. I am enough.” Stay here for 2–3 minutes or until you feel calm and steady.

Healing your energy and grounding your soul will help you to find your center, it can conquer disease, and give you a life source you’ve never felt. It clarifies your intentions, releases past traumas, and focuses you on the present.

You just need to clear the static, come home to your energy, and release what’s no longer yours.
